1. Data controller

Registered office and company registration details are listed in the Imprint. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.

2. Project inquiries (Start a project)

Data: name, e-mail, company (optional), type of project, your project description and answers, budget and timeline (optional), links (optional).

Purpose: answering your inquiry and preparing a possible offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); where you write on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not ask for consent and do not use inquiries for marketing or newsletters.

Name, e-mail and a project description are needed to answer you; without them we cannot reply. All other fields are optional.

Retention: 2 years after our last contact, unless a contract is concluded, in which case statutory accounting retention periods apply.

3. Casting applications

Talent applications are described in a separate Casting privacy notice, including the optional choices for future castings and promotional use.

4. AI Brief Studio

The text you enter is sent through the Lovable AI Gateway to an AI model provider (currently OpenAI) to generate a draft brief. We do not store it unless you send the brief to us through the inquiry form. Please do not enter personal data about yourself or others. Legal basis: providing the feature you request (Art. 6(1)(b)).

No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made about you, and we do not profile visitors.

5. Recipients, processors and transfers

Only our team can read submitted forms. We use these service providers as processors:

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the United States). Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Supabase (database infrastructure used by Lovable Cloud)
• Cloudflare (content delivery and security)
• OpenAI (AI model provider — AI Brief Studio only)

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to us at the e-mail above; we respond within one month.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, www.naih.hu) or turn to a court.

7. Security

Form data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in an access-restricted database that cannot be read from the public website or its public interfaces.

8. Cookies and fonts

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own website, so no data goes to font providers. See the Cookie Policy.
