Casting Privacy Notice

Last updated: 25 October 2026

How we receive, review, store and delete talent applications sent through this website.

1. Controller

HDinfo Kft. (trading as HD Studio), e-mail: kft@hdinfo.com, phone: +36 70 780 8884.

2. What we collect

Name, e-mail, talent category, city/country, portfolio link, and optionally a social profile, height and languages, plus your short introduction and confirmation that you are 18 or older. We do not ask for your date of birth, ID documents or sensitive data (e.g. health, ethnicity). Please do not include them in your introduction.

3. Three separate purposes

a) Reviewing your application for current castings — required to apply. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given with the first checkbox.

b) Keeping your profile for future castings — optional, separate consent. If you leave it unticked, your application is only used for current castings.

c) Showing your name and portfolio images in HD Studio's own promotion — optional, separate consent. Any use in a client campaign or film always needs a separate written agreement with you.

4. Who can access it

Only HD Studio's casting team. Applications are never published and cannot be read from the public website. If a client project fits you, we ask you before sharing your profile with that client.

5. Storage and deletion

Applications are stored in an access-restricted database with our processors listed in the Privacy Policy. Without consent (b) we delete the application once current castings are decided, at the latest 6 months after receipt. With consent (b) we keep it until you withdraw, at the latest 3 years after our last contact.

6. Withdrawing consent and your rights

E-mail kft@hdinfo.com to withdraw any consent or ask for access, correction or deletion. Withdrawing does not affect earlier processing. You may also complain to NAIH (www.naih.hu).

7. Under 18

We do not accept online applications from minors. A parent or legal guardian may contact us directly; any work with minors is arranged offline with the guardian's written consent.
